Yes. Every order is age-verified when it’s placed, and we check ID again in person at pickup — a valid state driver’s license, state ID card, or passport. If the name or age on the ID doesn’t match the order, we can’t release it, no exceptions, so make sure whoever’s picking up brought the right ID.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and you’ll get a confirmation once it’s ready — usually within an hour if you order during business hours. Just bring the ID that matches the name on the order; no need to wait in line at the register, tell staff you’ve got a pickup and they’ll grab it.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, every single item on our shelves and site comes through authorized distributors — we don’t buy grey market, ever. If you’re ever unsure about something you bought, bring it in and our staff will walk through how to verify it with you on the spot.
